Guardian ECC SMS Terms of Service

Program and enrollment
Guardian ISI is the security and intelligence brand of Guardian Consulting LLC. Guardian ISI offers optional recurring SMS updates through Guardian ECC to applicants and employees. Applicants may receive application updates, interview scheduling, and hiring updates. Employees may also receive shift assignments, schedule changes, coverage requests, reporting instructions, training reminders, and administrative updates. This program is not for promotional marketing.
To enroll, enter your name and mobile number and actively select the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our text sign-up form, or select the optional SMS checkbox when submitting our job application. Only enroll a number you are authorized to use. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of applying, employment, or purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with hiring and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about your plan’s charges.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, call 212-602-1695, or email info@guardianisi.com. You may also contact Guardian directly to withdraw consent. If you previously replied STOP, completing a web form again does not remove that block; text START from your phone to our texting number to resume eligibility.
Delivery and changes
Delivery depends on mobile network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This SMS program is not an emergency reporting service. Tell Guardian if your mobile number changes. Any expansion beyond the message purposes you accepted requires appropriate new consent.
