Guardian ECC SMS Privacy Policy

Guardian ISI is the security and intelligence brand of Guardian Consulting LLC. Guardian ISI uses Guardian ECC to communicate with applicants and employees about hiring and workplace operations.
Information collected
When you opt in, we record your name, mobile phone number, consent date and time, the source of your submission, and the exact consent wording and version you accepted. The standalone form also uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Our messaging system stores message content, replies, delivery information, and opt-out status.
How we use it
We use this information to send and manage application updates, interview scheduling, hiring updates, and, for employees, shift assignments, schedule changes, coverage requests, reporting instructions, training reminders, and administrative updates. We also use it to document consent, handle support, honor opt-outs, and protect the service from abuse. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information and sharing
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers supporting delivery and operation of this messaging program, such as Twilio and our hosting providers, as necessary to provide the service, or as required by law. These providers may not use SMS consent information for their own marketing.
Your choices
Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, employment, or purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A STOP request remains in effect even if you submit the web form again. You may also contact Guardian to withdraw consent or request correction or deletion of your information. Limited consent and suppression records may be retained to document your choices and prevent further unwanted messages.
